Subject: Invitation to Submit Technical & COMMERCIAL Proposals for Water Well Drilling and Completion Services
Qualified and experienced companies specialized in groundwater exploration, water well drilling, completion, testing, and commissioning are hereby invited to participate in a competitive selection process for the provision of water well construction services.
Only companies possessing all valid licenses, permits, registrations, and certifications required by applicable laws and regulations, and demonstrating proven experience in water well drilling projects, shall be considered.
Interested companies are requested to submit their Technical & COMMERCIAL Proposals no later than 23 July 2026 to the following email address:
