• UT Wall Thickness Measurement

Tool Joint Inspection

• Visual Connection Inspection
• Fluorescent MPI of Connections
• Thread Profiling with Gauges
• OD/ID Gauging
• Seal Width & Condition Verification
• Shoulder Width Measurement
• Bevel Diameter Measurement

Required Documentation

• Inspectors’ Qualifications and Relevant Certifications.
• Technical Proposal.
• Commercial Proposal.
• Confirmation of readiness to mobilize and perform the inspection upon NWD’s request.
