We kindly request your quotation for the repair and complete overhaul of the following Mission pumps:
- 70 × 1 7/8″ Mission Pump
- 70 × 1 3/8″ Mission Pump
Detailed Scope of Work
The Service Provider shall carry out a full refurbishment of the pumps, including but not limited to the following:
1. Initial Inspection & Assessment
- Visual inspection upon receipt
- Dismantling and detailed inspection of all components
- Dimensional checks and tolerance verification
- Identification of worn, corroded, or damaged parts
- Submission of inspection report with findings and recommendations
2. Disassembly & Cleaning
- Complete dismantling of pump assemblies
- Cleaning using appropriate industrial methods (chemical/mechanical)
- Removal of scale, corrosion, and debris.
- Proper handling and segregation of reusable and scrap parts.
3. Component Evaluation
- Inspection of casing, impeller, shaft, sleeves, and bearings.
- NDT (if required).
- Measurement of clearances and alignment surfaces.
- Assessment of seal areas and stuffing box condition.
4. Repair & Replacement
- Replacement of all worn or defective parts including:
- Bearings
- Mechanical seals / packing.
- Shaft sleeves.
- Gaskets and O-rings.
- Machining, welding, or metal restoration where applicable.
- Use of OEM or equivalent high-quality spare parts.
5. Reassembly
- Reassembly in accordance with OEM specifications.
- Proper alignment and torquing of all components
- Installation of new seals, gaskets, and lubrication systems.
6. Testing & Quality Control
- Functional and performance testing.
- Vibration and noise level checks.
- Verification of flow and pressure performance.
7. Surface Treatment & Preservation
- Surface preparation (sandblasting if required).
- Application of protective coating/painting.
- Corrosion protection and preservation for storage/transport.
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Detailed inspection and repair report.
- List of replaced parts and materials used.
- Before-and-after photos.
- Test results and certification.
- Final service report with recommendations.
Commercial & Technical Requirements
- Detailed cost breakdown (labor, parts, machining, testing).
- Lead time for inspection and full overhaul.
- Warranty period (minimum 6–12 months preferred).
- Confirmation of OEM compliance or equivalent standards.
- Availability of spare parts and future support.
- Delivery terms and transportation responsibility.
