National Oil Wells Drilling & Workover Company (NWD) hereby invites qualified and internationally recognized inspection companies to submit their technical and commercial proposals for the provision of inspection services for Rig 21 located at the 103 Field.
· CAT IV NDT Inspection of mast and substructure
All activities shall be conducted in accordance with internationally recognized oil & gas industry standards related to drilling, lifting operations, and structural integrity.

· Submission of inspection reports as follows:
. One (1) soft copy
. Three (3) hard copies
